Remedy for Aches

Older americans unknowingly and unnecessarily suffering from many aches and pains, because they are unaware of the negative impacts of the tasty and popular low-fat, high carbohydrate diet. This diet contains too much sugar. Starch and too high ratio of omega 6 interferes with a good omega 3 fatty acids.
Sugar Alcohols, Amino Sugars. White refined sugar is responsible for many diseases in the human

Sugars may be modified by natural or laboratory processes into compounds that retain the basic configuration of saccharides, but have different functional groups. Sugar alcohols, also known as polyols, polyhydric alcohols, or polyalcohols, are the hydrogenated forms of the aldoses or ketoses. For example, glucitol, also known as sorbitol, has the same linear structure as the chain form of glucose, but the aldehyde; CHO group is replaced with a;CH2OH group. Other common sugar alcohols include the monosaccharides erythritol and xylitol and the disaccharides lactitol and maltitol. Sugar alcohols have about half the calories of sugars and are frequently used in low-calorie or sugar-free product.Xylitol, which has the hydroxyl groups oriented like xylose, is a very common ingredient in sugar-free.candies and gums because it is approximately as sweet as sucrose, but contains 40% less food energy. Although this sugar alcohol appears to be safe for humans, xylitol in relatively small doses can cause seizures, liver failure, and death in dogs. In some cases people get the same kind of liver disease developed by most alcoholics.

Amino sugars or aminosaccharides replace a hydroxyl group with an amino;NH2 group. Glucosamine is an amino sugar used to treat cartilage damage and reduce the pain and progression of arthritis. For clean energized, healthy skin, substitute honey for sugar as much as possible. Honey has many health benefits. Even those who suffer from diabetes can have a small spoon of honey in the morning. You can also enjoy sweet tastes from a wide variety of delicious fruits. Your body will thank you.

Children should not consume any sugar at all. It affects learning ability and makes them hyperactive and aggressive, then tired. It can also cause thyroid and kidney problems.

How to reduce aches and pains easily with an everyday herb.

An autocrine hormone is present every cell in the body.Good eicosanoids are anti-inflammatory, the bad eicosanoids cause inflammation. We can find a way to run the good ones in our body. Hormones are chemical messengers secreted into blood or extracellular fluid by one cell that affect the functioning of other cells. Most hormones circulate in blood, coming into contact with essentially all cells. However, a given hormone usually affects only a limited number of cells, which are called target cells. A target cell responds to a hormone because it bears receptors for the hormone.A traditional part of the definition of hormones described them as being secreted into blood and affecting cells at distant sites. However, many of the hormones known to act in that manner have been shown to also affect neighboring cells or even have effects on the same cells that secreted the hormone. It is useful to be able to describe how the signal is distributed for a particular hormonal pathway, and three actions are defined:

Endocrine action: the hormone is distributed in blood and binds to distant target cells.

Paracrine action: the hormone acts locally by diffusing from its source to target cells in the neighborhood.

Autocrine action: the hormone acts on the same cell that produced it.

If you can control the prostaglandings and leukotrienes derived from arachidomic acid, many pains will diminish or disappear.

Lipoxygenases; are found in plants, animals and fungi. Products of lipoxygenases are involved in diverse cell functions. are a family of iron-containing enzymes. These enzymes are involved in the synthesis of Leukotriene is to triggering contractions in the smooth muscles lining, the key mediator of inflammation.Leukotrienes produced within a cell convey signals that act either on the cell producing them (autocrine signalling) or on neighboring cells (paracrine signalling) to regulate the immune response. The Lipoxygnase enzyme can cause pain, inflammation, bone damage and the joint destruction of arthritis. The arachidonic acid pathway constitutes one of the main mechanisms for the production of pain and inflammation, as well as controlling homeostatic function. Enzymes that catalyses the oxidative conversion of arachidonic acid to the hydroxyeicosenoic - fatty acid. Ginger is a good pain reliever, because it contains the good lipoxygenase enzyme. Ginger produces a hot, fragrant kitchen spice. Consuming some fresh ginger daily would benefit your health. Ginger is also good to relieve stomach ache and cold symptoms. the Indian spice cumin is a relative of the ginger family.
Many herbs and vegetables keep our bodies young and free of pain, including garlic and onions. They are in the lily family..
